1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger pressure cookers may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The pressure cooker must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition (including all accessories). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your pressure cookers safe to use?
Yes. All Potlisse pressure cookers meet strict U.S. safety standards and include multiple safety features such as pressure release valves, lid lock systems, overheat protection, and automatic shut-off.
6. What is the difference between electric and stovetop pressure cookers?
- Electric Pressure Cookers: Easy to use with digital controls, multiple preset functions (rice, soup, meat, etc.), and automatic pressure control.
- Stovetop Pressure Cookers: Faster heating, more control over temperature, and often more affordable.
7. Are the pressure cookers easy to clean?
Yes. Most models feature removable inner pots that are dishwasher-safe. The lid and accessories can be easily washed with warm soapy water.
8. Do your pressure cookers have a delay timer?
Yes. Most electric models include a delay start function (up to 24 hours) so you can prepare ingredients in advance and have a hot meal ready when you get home.
9. What is the capacity range?
We offer various sizes:
- 3–4 Quart: Ideal for 1–2 people
- 6 Quart: Most popular for families of 3–5
- 8–10 Quart: Great for large families or batch cooking
10. Can I use the pressure cooker for canning?
Some of our larger models support pressure canning. Please check the product specifications for canning-safe models.
11. Do the pressure cookers come with accessories?
Most models include a rice spoon, measuring cup, steamer rack, and recipe booklet. Some premium models come with additional accessories.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my pressure cooker arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
